Lost refind? Here’s (my way) of getting it back

1. Load mac Recovery onto a usb stick (Get it from dosdude1 if you need to)

2. Start up the mac with the usb stick inserted and holding down the Option key

3. Execute /Volumes/<username>/local/src/refind-<version>/refind-install

4. Reboot
